GOD Shows Up
We all have things in our lives that we struggle with in one way or another. The question is how we are going to handle and let them affect us. We as individuals can choose to face them alone or we can choose to face them with GOD beside us. Allow me to explain what I mean by that.
In my own life there are many days when I wake up to so many things that have to be done that it is all overwhelming, however if I choose to face them alone then I will stay overwhelmed. When I choose to start the day with a conversation with GOD and ask Him to show the way He wants me to do things and to help me deal with whatever comes throughout the day and help me to deal with the many things that I already know I will be facing throughout the day then I don’t get overwhelmed.
In my life I have the pleasure of caring for my mom, I have a job, and the responsibility of the house cleaning, bills, cooking, making any appointments that need to be made and making sure that none are forgotten. All this could overwhelm most anyone however I choose to stand on the word of GOD. GOD tells us that no matter what we face He is always with us. I have seen firsthand that He walks with me through everything. When my mom broke her ankle that added more responsibilities to my already full plate however what could have been very overwhelming wasn’t because He gave me the peace and showed me the way to handle things while He healed her boke ankle.
